EVA rubber and plastic products are new environmentally friendly plastic packaging materials, which have good buffering, anti-vibration, heat insulation, moisture resistance, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance. They are non-toxic and non-absorbent. EVA rubber and plastic products are designed and formed, and their shockproof performance is better than traditional packaging materials such as polystyrene (foam), and meets environmental protection requirements. It is a better choice for export products. Compared with shockproof packaging, it can be cut and formed; it can be used for a wider range of applications due to the large difference in density.

Features of the EVA package:

1. Water resistance: Closed cell structure, no water absorption, moisture resistance, good water resistance.

2. Corrosion resistance: It is resistant to corrosion by seawater, oil, acid, alkali and other chemicals, antibacterial, non-toxic, odorless and non-polluting.

3. Processability: No joints, and easy to process by hot pressing, cutting, gluing, laminating, etc.

Density of EVA material:

The EVA wax density is between 0.91 and 0.93 (g/cm3).

The density of EVA is mainly limited by the VA content. As the VA content in the copolymer increases from 5% to 40%, the density increases from 0.929 g/cm3 to 0.974 g/cm3, and when it is less than 5%, the density is small.
